Complaint and refund

There are the following conditions for the return of goods purchased from us:

*MUSHI SHOP Sp. z o. We shall be liable within 24 months from the date of purchase in case of non-compliance of the goods with the contract in accordance with article 10 of the Law on specific conditions of consumer sale of July 27, 2002. The client loses the rights specified in / in the law, if before the expiration of two months after the approval of the non-conformity of the goods with the contract does not notify the fact MUSHI SHOP sp. z o.Oh. In the case of non-standard consumer sales, the provisions contained in article 556-576 of the Civil code are excluded.

* Warranty claims can be submitted electronically using the "claim – Appendix 2" Form or in writing to MUSHI SHOP Sp. z o. Oh. Oh, listed below.

* The customer has the right to demand a price reduction or termination of the contract if MUSHI SHOP Sp. z o. O. O. quickly and without unnecessary inconvenience to the Customer will replace the defective product with the same, free from defects or remove the defect. This limitation does not apply if the product has already been replaced or repaired by MUSHI SHOP Sp. z o. Oh. Oh.

*MUSHI SHOP Sp. z o. O. recognizes a claim for warranty, Express or implied, within a period not exceeding 14 days, reckoned from the date of its receipt. If within 14 days MUSHI STORE does not put Forward the customer's requirements, it means that it considers the requirements reasonable.

* In case of a complaint about the non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the returned goods, together with a check and a letter identifying the defect or type of non-conformity and expectations on how to implement our obligations, will be taken by the courier at the cost of MUSHI SHOP Sp. z o. Information about the date of arrival of the courier will be provided via e-mail and phone.

*If the product was purchased by personal reception in the store, it is subject to return in the same place. Delivery of goods to the store is carried out on its own and at the expense of the buyer.

*In accordance with the current legislation, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods, the consumer has the right to return it without explanation. Rules of termination of the contract, including the template of the form of termination of the contract with which the client can use, as well as cases where the right of termination of the contract is not provided in the instructions that are Annex No. 1 to the regulations. The provisions of this article shall apply accordingly to the termination of the contract in respect of the Account. 

*In case of cancellation of the contract, the cost of transportation of goods to MUSHI SHOP Sp. z o. Oh. Oh. carries the consumer.

* The cost of the returned goods the buyer receives in the same way that payment was made: on the card, when paying by card, to the Bank account - when paying from a Bank account and cash - in case of payment in cash in the store. Cash refund is carried out at the time of personal return of the goods, return by Bank transfer is carried out within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.


ATTENTION!


No right of termination shall be granted in respect of contracts:

1. on the provision of services if we have performed the entire service with your explicit consent;

2. in which the price of the goods depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which we have no control and which may occur before the expiry of the contract;

3. in which the subject of supply is a thing made to your specifications or serving to meet your individual needs;

4. in which the subject of benefit is a thing that is quickly destroyed or has a short shelf life;

5. In which the object of performance is the thing is delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the package can not be returned due to health or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;

6. in which the subject of providing things that after delivery, given their nature, they are inextricably linked to other things;

7. in which the subject of provision are alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract of sale, and the provision of which can be carried out only after 30 days, and the cost of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which we have no control;

8. in which the subject of the provision of recording sound or visual, or computer programs are supplied in a sealed package if the package has been opened after delivery;

9. on the provision of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the implementation of benefits began with explicit consent, before the expiration of the termination of the contract.
